1. Setup & Infrastructure (Non-Refundable)
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable and covers the hard costs of engineering your outbound foundation. This includes building your ICP Matrix, Offer Optimization, and the deployment of your dedicated Cold Email Infrastructure. Once work begins, these costs are committed and cannot be recovered.
2. Pay-for-Performance Billing
You agree to a performance fee of $250 per sales call booked on your calendar. Billing is processed daily at midnight EST for all calls completed since the last billing cycle. To ensure campaign continuity and lead flow, invoices must be settled upon receipt.
3. The "Fair Use" Qualification Guarantee
This is a partnership based on mutual transparency. You have the discretion to mark a call as "unqualified" if it does not meet our agreed-upon ICP. However:
- Performance Standard: We provide high-ticket sales assets and best practices for closing cold leads. "Qualified" is defined by the prospect's profile, not the immediate outcome of the call.
- Partnership Review: If calls are consistently marked as unqualified without valid reason (e.g., rejecting leads simply because they didn't close on the first call), we reserve the right to cease all lead-generation activities immediately.
4. Client Responsibility
Selling to cold outbound leads is a distinct skill set compared to referrals. By proceeding, you agree to utilize the provided sales mastery resources and maintain a professional follow-up process to maximize the ROI of the leads we deliver.
